The laser energy is fully utilized and the welding efficiency is high. During welding, the material melts along the whole welding line, and the weldment is welded along the weld almost at the same time. A high-precision penetration measuring device can be added to qualitatively and accurately evaluate the welding process results. The equipment is mainly composed of semiconductor laser, high-speed laser scanning galvanometer, motion control software and pneumatic welding tooling.
